Let me introduce myself...

I have been teaching privately and in schools for the past 3 years. I am currently a strings teacher in the Bundaberg region. I am classically trained and went through the AMEB examinations. I studied violin at the Queensland Conservatorium under Margaret Connolly and Anne Horton. In second and third year I studied cello and double bass with Trish O'brien and Marian Heckenberg. I recently completed a Masters of Teaching (secondary) at UQ.

When I am not studying or practicing, you can catch me by the beach or hiking in the bush.

Carmina Burana by Carl Orff - Sunshine Coast Youth Orchestra
2017
A beautiful outdoor concert with the Sunshine Coast Youth Orchestra, Sunshine Coast Choir and a children's choir. It was a huge effort from the whole team that resulted in a wonderful musical experience.

Mahler 8 - Queensland Conservatorium Griffith Uni
2018
This was a huge end of year concert with the Queensland Conservatorium, played at QPAC. There was a huge choir, a magnificent pipe organ, and four voice soloists that came from all over the world.

My favourite musical! And my first time playing in the pit. It was difficult to stop myself from trying to watch the performance while I played!

Great Russian Masterpieces - Sunshine Coast Symphony Orchestra
2021
A magnificent performance with the Sunshine Coast Symphony Orchestra and amazing soloists, that included melodic masterpieces from Prokofiev, Tchaikovsky, Rimsky-Korsakov, and Rachmaninov. So many wonderful works were performed!
